Nokia sevice center as mentioned below,

Dear Sir,
I would like to share with you the trouble that is caused me due to above
authorised service center for Nokia /Tata service center,
On saturday 28 th March 2009 I went to above mentioned service center as my
handset was not getting connected with my Laptop.
When I discussed the problem with the representative available at service
center , he asked me to upgrade the software which will cost me RS. 221 ,at
the same time he told me the possibilty of geting deleted data from my hand
set in which he specified phone book and massages lying in the handset.I
agrred upon his conditions and gave him my Nokia Handsate (6275) to upgarade
the software . After that I came back in the evening at around 16.00 Hrs. to
collect my Mobile handset , but I found that the problem didn't get solved
and more over the option of TATA ZONE also got deleted from my handset which
is the default setting by Tata Tele service provider/ Nokia handset
manufacturer for TATA CDMA phones.
When I asked him for this mishappening the same representative told me that
for this we will have to now run the other software and if run this there is
a possibility that handset will be dead and I wont be in aposition to run
it. importantly when this has happened because of representative sitting at
Nokia care ( Electra) he was asking me that he will run the software on my
risk instead on service center. I asked him that you will have to do this on
your own as I had given you my handset in good conditon and all this has
happened because you, but he refused to do so and also took the receipt that
he had given me ffor my referance (forcefully ).
Then I called 100 police to register a complaint against the service center.
Immidiately after 5 minutes police men came at the service center and taken
statement from me and incharge of the service center and reported my
complaint and advised me to register my complaint in consumer court .
The copy which is given by police men islying with me.
I request you tol kinldy look into this and help me to come out of this
issue.
I am ready to cooperate you at my level best to help to you to sort the
issue.
