    hello sir
    i just want to enhance my voice against these well reputed companies who are losing their reputation just because of some irresponsible acts by their managers , actually i have deposited my vodafone bill of sep. on dated-25/sep/08, receipt no-3697 , Rs.500 cash ,in one of the vodafone mini stores named -CANDY TELECOMS , Add.-shop no.35 , rishi nagar , Ludhiana-141001. but later on i was being told that my sep,08 bill is not been updated yet , i went to mall road branch office of vodafone store , i faxed my receipt no and all details to mohalli head office many a times , but they didn't replied , and asked me to deposit 500 amount again but I didn't deposit that Rs.500 amount again , as a result they started charging late payment charges in my next couple of bills so i was pressurized to make the excess 500 payment to vodafone company so as to continue my connection , after that also I went on asking them to reverse my excess payment made from last 6 months but they
    didn't ,i have that receipt with me as a proof which has all the details, so i decided to complaint against them , now i came under your hands to get some justice , if possible , sir the thing is its not just that 500 is that much bigger amount for me but i cant allow any to hurt my self respect , i spent thousands of rupees on my convince to vodafone store mall road regarding this complaint , so i just want you to do right justice with me and give these companies a lesson who are thinking to cover up their losses in this recession time like this. i have full faith in you sir , hope for a soonest action from your side.

    Kindly change my Billing cycle as below

    Old BIlling cycle -11/08/2010
    Revised billing cycle -28/08/2010

    Current Month Bill Must be received on date 28/8/10

    Default unwanted & wnsubscribed services are activated on my mobile no. 7379 991718

    Dear Sir,

    I am consumer of your network since last few months. From the last 3-4days I am sufeering activation of unwanted and unopted services activated by your CCE, therefore, Rs.40-50 has been debited from my account. and in the past too there was another unwanted and unopted services was activated by your CCE for which complaint was lodged by me but in vain.
    You are requested to credit the amount debited by your CCE.

    My humble suggestion to you is that avoid these cheap marketing tactics.

    Default Deduction of balance

    HIE i want you to tell that , i have recharged my phone with the net pack of rs 58 and i have got the message also of recharge successful. after 25 to 30 days when i saw my balance from rs30 to -222 i was shocked. i have tried many times to contact your customer care before and after DEDUCTION OF BALANCE but they do not pick my phone and they also don't message or call to me for deduction of balance. i request u to enquire and do something about this problem i am facing

    I can't cal custpmer care.
    When i call, it sends me to previous menu, i have registered complaint also but nothing happened.

    why the customer of vodafone have to strugle soo much to talk with customer care agent ?
    the company is charging the costomer 50 paisa for 3min .....
    what is the process to check the gprs data available in gprs packs..

    Hi,
    I'm one of those frustrated costumers of urs who just switched to vodafone and is facing a problem of UNKNOWN calling.
    i've talked to your costumer care as well as the persons in Ludhiana Vodafone store..
    but all they cann do is.. just keep on delaying the time
    i'm a business person.. not an idle person just like ur executives, n my business number 9878559488 is running without any identity.. where as i've already submitted all the documents to ur vodafone store....
    i'm glad that you guys showed me the right face of yours that you guys are nothing but just a fucking loosers
    i've been complaining since 2 dayz and no one the fuck gives a shit to solve my problem
    can u answer me that who is going to look after ur poor service?? who is responsible for my identiu proof misplacement!???

    I am using vodafone from the last one month and my number is 7508333702(Ludhiana, Punjab). I am from gurgaon and i am working with bank of baroda. Three days back i got a call from customer care. The executive speaks in punjabi. He activated guru vani service on my number. When i check my balance than i know abut this service has been activated. How can they activate service without my acknowledgement. when i talk to customer care than they said you can deactivate it by dialing the number. During that night they activate one more service. I don't know what is going. Total 60 Rs has been debited from my account. I request please take stick action against the company. I try to lodge my complaint on 198 but they didn't file any complaint. I tried vodafone customer care but didn't got any positive response. I already activated DND service. Please don't refund me but stop this kind of activities. I will never use vodafone in my life.
