I am having a reliance prepaid phone. Yesterday suddenly I received an sms stating
that "thank you for subscribing to the caller tunes, it has been activated on your
reliance phone and an amount of Rs.15/- has been deducted for the same" I checked my
phone and found that the information provided in the sms was correct.

I immediately called up the helpline and asked for the refund of the money since I
did not opt for any such scheme and the money was deducted on their own. The lady on
the other side confirmed that they haven't received any message / call from my phone
requesting for the service that got activated. She also said that neither reliance
has activated that, but the fact that Rs.15/- got deducted from my balance still
remains.I was advised to deactivate the scheme so as to avoid furtther deduction of
any more amount at the due date and told clearly that my money will not be refunded.

I treat this as a case of cheating the poor customer by charging him for the service
that he is not interested in.
