Hi,

I am the resident of Mumbai. I was contacted by one of the airtel Agencies "N H
Systems & Devices, Airtel" with some offer in December 2008. They gave me a offer to
pay a deposit for my mobile services & I need not pay the mobile fixed rental of rs
199.

I paid deposit of Rs 1797/- via cheque payment which was cleared on 27th December,
however,I havent got any services as of now. I complained about this to Airtel
customer care but till date I havent got the address of the particular agency.I have
the airtel receipt provided by them & the bank statement which shows the payment
made to the agency.

Please advise, how do i need to proceed to take action against them?
