had bought a Samsung Mobile Model No. SCH W339 Dual from M/s Techno Services,Darya
Ganj vide Bill No. 13153 dated 07.01.2009 and after two week it was not working I
had gone at their service centre and they said that it will be return back after two
week but till now they are not able to tell me when it was come back to me. I had
aproached many time to their customercare and their related officer but they didnot
want to help or they have anyone reason for the same. I had emailed but there are
not satisfactory reply. After long period they said due to part shortage it is
pending when part will come we will give to you. That means there is no time when
will return back I am in problem without my phone I am suffering financial losses
and mentally distrub. I am requesting to you that please do some thing and tell me
what will I do. I see in TV and many advertisements Jago Grahak. I want to know
how to complaint and where to complaint for this kind of problems.Please help me
and suggest me.
