Dear SIR,
This has reference to my airtel mobile connection cell no-9871113843 , i had
CUG PLAN OF the annual rental Rs. 1198 , now my plan has been changed to
plan444 per month withour any prior intimation though i have already deposited
my advance rental of rs.1198 for the year 2009, but due to plan change my
payment has gone useless and have to bear rs 444 as rental every year, i had
talked to many executive in bharti but no solution coud i get from them, but
probles i had faced.

i made 2 complaints and the referecne no are under:

877944877 and 20963626.
