Dear Sir/Madam,

I M D Rakeeb Ur Rahman, staying in bangalore had purchased a Sony Ericson
Handset K530i in Aug 2008. After purchase of 5 months,i got a problem with
handsfree. I went to my nearest sony ericson dealer for the same on 24 Jan
2009 and said my problem.
They checked the handsfree and said as this is under warranty period they
will exchange for the newone. They told me to come or give a call after 20
days. I did the same after 20 days, they said its will reach me that week
through courier. same words they are repeating when ever i go ther or give a
call since than. now its already more than 1.5 months over and stillthey
have not done anything. Please help meout.
