Dear Sir/Madam





I was buy a Airtel postpaid connection with advance rent payment of 2
years(1450./) in July 2008.but till now I could not receive my bill I was
1st complain in Airtel C.C & Email also many times but till now I couldn't
got any call back or not resolve my problem. If I will not got my bill than
how I can pay my bill. When last dated 17th OCT I Email in Airtel than a
replay mail come, In that mail Airtel says to send me the bill in next 5
working days but till now that 5 working couldn't completed.



And one day I got legal notice from Airtel, he saying that that to pay your
bill of 1888/-in next 7 days

But I was not pay my bill cause if I don't have my bill details than how I
can pay..after nearby one-half month they started calling me and threat me
I was very mentally disturbing from him & finally one day I talk to him and
I agree to payment him ...one Airtel's executive who collected payment from
me commit me that your number will reactivate in 24hr with same plan without
any extra rental than I pay my full bill of RS.1890/- to him on 11/02/2009.
But surpriselly my no. not activated yet, than I call to the customer care
to rectify my issue, they says to submit some document to nearest Airtel
outlet to activate my phone no. I visit to my nearest Airtel outlet of Shyam
telecom Kirti Nagar, but they ask me to pay advance rental of Rs.1450 again
to activate my no.

Now I don't understand the commitments of Airtel. Where is my fault now, I
want my phone no. get activated while I pay full previous payment and
advance rental for two year.
