I was told that you will get a scratch card & they wrote pending on my bill.

I went to the showroom on 21-04-2009 & asked for the card, they gave me the card to scratch.
I scratched the card & got an Apple I Pod in that, They told to wait, the manager came down again holding the scratch card in his hand Telling that we caanot give this to you as it has been expired, then he started saying it was not ment to be given to you & was just a misscommunication.

Then they Started giving me something else in place of Ipod, i refused to take that.

I want that Apple I pod.

Need proper justice.
