Migration from pre-paid to post-paid Hi,
I got a call from Rajaji nagar, bangalore, tata indicom oulet. She has given some details and plans and then i agree with the plan. As per the plan i had to pay 500 rs. There executive came to my office and collect all documents and 550(50 rupees for notary). After 1 week i found that till now they did not gave me new connection. In between that i called many times, they only said that next day you will get the connection. Suddenly recent days they are asking for more money (more 500) . I told them i dont want connection. Please give me back my money and documents.And every day i call them and every day they are telling that they will send executive next day.
This is my problem. can you help me out how i can get back my documents and money? or i can take some action?
