Dear Sir,

We would like to inform you that presently we are using thirty post paid
connections & due to some reason we want to disconnect 8 connections which
are following:-

Regarding in this matter we had sent an application to Airtel in the month
of December(11/12/2008) After so much remainder we have received a
confirmation letter(dated 08/01/2009) from Bharti Airtel Ltd.under
reference number 20132997.After this scenario we are receiving monthly bill
(January & February 2009) without any uses.

We have informed to Airtel costumer care executives i.e Mr. Sahil, Mr.
Ashwani, Mr. Yognish Sharma & Nodal officer about this matter. But we have
not received any attention from Airtel services. Its really disgusting
that's why an Indian company hardly become a global company because of these
bad services.

We hope that you will take necessary action in this matter. A quick response
in this regard shall be highly appreciated.
