    Today Idea has discontinued my services all 4 numbers



    I wish to claim harassment charges and bad service worth Rs. 1 lac
    please tell me the procedure for the same

    Regarding the invoice raised on 4th Feb 09 for



    1. 9881120768
    2. 9881120798
    3. 9850845189
    4. 9850835105



    All above four numbers are in CUG with same plan T461-SME 199

    As per this plan all CUG calls from any number to any number should be
    free of cost, in spite of this following bill mistake is happening
    repeatedly



    1. All outgoing call from 985045189 to other CUG numbers are
    charged as per local call
    2. All outgoing calls from 9881120768/ 9881120798/ 9850835105 to
    9850845189 are charged as per local call
    3. it concludes M/s Idea has not activated 9850845189 in CUG group





    History



    1. Same mistake repeated in the last month i.e. Jan 09 - corrected
    afterwards without sending revised bill
    2. This month till today we have registered complaint 4 times
    through customer care number 12345
    3. No positive response received

    This email is to complain about service I recently received from a Idea Cellular Limited and these is not the first time but it is occurring again and again last 6 month
    I called Daniel khan on 13/7/09 to find out how to deal with a problem I’ve had with Services. I am postpaid customer and I pay my bill through cheque, my number is kept on hold for outgoing call from your side although I have paid my bill always in advance. Even these time after receiving bill I paid my bill on date 24.06.09 while due date was way back on 30.06.09. Even my bank A/c statement show that amount was debited on 26.06.09 that means four day prior to due date.
    But on 12/7/09 my outgoing calls were put on hold without any reason. Even customer care from your side has not informed me anything and just like in a blue moon day they have stop my out going services. How can they stop my services without informing to me? This thing has happened twice to thrice with me in last 6 months. I was quite frustrated and disappointed
    I expected a much higher level of service from your company, and I am quite disappointed. Because Idea sets very high Standard of services and product. If it happen I would not be able to spend any more time on this problem again and I am going to return your sim card back to you and would cancelled your service immediately,
    The details for your information are as follow Account number is 1.12622628, invoice number 094772348, bill amount rs 1420.53, credit limit Rs 3000. Cheque no:520736, Dated: 22/6/09, submitted on date 24/6/09, Debited on my bank a/c 26/06/09.
    I expect early action on this matter from your side and appropriate assurance from your side that these will not happen again and I will not have to frustration and disappointment again.

    Angry Pathetic Customer Service

    i called up for the query of my online recharge and spoke with Dharmen and he was quite rude to me and hence i asked for a supeviser and he denied for that after a lot of insisting when he finally agreed to transfer the call he disconnected it. and the i call three times and the same thing happens on all the three calls and thus i have not recived any resolution for the same as well..

    Default Idea cellular

    Dear customer care,

    I have been cheated by Idea cellular, i am existing prepaid spice customer. After the Idea brought over i have been facing several hidden charges.
    They deduct Rs.30 for every month when i have insufficient balance they cut down my validity accordingly.
    Recently i got a call from their customer care that my validity was getting expired, i was asked to recharge but when i questioned them about the hidden charges they mentioned that it is service tax being deducted for prepaid customers. This is ridiculous as service tax is cut at time of recharge. When i just asked them for more details they disconnected the phone. When i called up their call center again and i wanted to register a compliant they refused and said this is their operating system and there will not be any refunds henceforth.
    Now they have suspended my account, please let me know the procedure to file a formal compliant so that i can get to know about these hidden charges.

    Default harassment of bad service

    I am existing prepaid spice customer. I have been activate the service of DND from 8 to 9 months before. But after this i received promotional SMS and Call on my mobile no. I call many time customer care servise but they did not give any valid response.

    Kindly send a complaint letter to the Nodal officer of the Co. with your DND registration number. You can also request for national DND registry by sending message as "START DND" at 1909, the service started by TRAI.

    My self Nitin Jain, on dated 13th sep 09, i have received a call from idea for regarding post paid connection, They told me for providing me this no. 9718696969, after hearing this number, i would agree to get new idea connection, but now they are changing their statement by saying that they can provide only this number i.e 9718873939,

    Do you know the meaning of first impression is last impression, I have already connection of Vodafone, Reliance, Tata, Trump. First time I m going to use IDEA, but now i just feel that it is a fake company....and i will never suggest any of my friend or my office community to allow themselves to connect with IDEA.

    Still my connection is not activated and be stay, so far you will not be activated with my given number i.e 9718696969

    pls stay my self out to use idea....i can bear the loss of my Rs 500/- which i have paid to

    Pls. specify in you complaint that what solution, you want from the Co. either you want the activation of that number or the refund of paid amount. Wait for near 10 working days only, otherwise you can contact us again.

    Default Learn different ways from idea of extracting money from people

    I am the prepaid card holder 9552995035 of Idea . Today I received the sms from idea voice potral (54040) saying download the free ring tone only call charges applied. They have not mentioned the call rate.

    I have called that number & my call was lasted for 2.05 mins.

    After that they have deducted my Rs.20.97.

    For enquiry I called cutomer service they told me that call rate is Rs.6.99/min.

    So I asked why they have not added that rate in sms.

    So he kept quite saying that they are not responsible for that.

    This is a total bullshit & it is a way of collecting money from the people .

    these people are next to beggars.

    This is not end these people are renewing any service without prior information.

    They have renewed my masti package without my permission.
    Customer service is saying that they are not responsible, system gets renewed automatically

    One more way of collecting the money (Bib beggars)

    Before joining idea group i was holding vodafone & airtel . They have good system

    Always they inform you any changes they are going to make.

    Default Regarding Documents

    Dear Consumer Court,

    My self is Vaibhav Goel. I am using idea services in Delhi/NCR region with mobile number 9911296208. About 7 -8 months ago, they stopped my mobile's services due to documents verfication, then I submited all my documents at idea showroom according to the rules.They started my mobile service's and i used my mobile without any problems. Now On 22 Sep 2009 they message to me for submitting the Photo, ID proff and Address Proff again. Then i called to customer care,the attendant person is Mr.Chandan and he told me that this message has gone to every customer and we have your document and you don't need to submit the documents again. He was verfying my details also.Next Day, they Stoped my services again then i called them,they told me that We don't have your documents and you have to submit your documents again.Then what is guarantee that again in future they will not stop my mobile services.if there is any problem in my documents, they should told me. Their feedback is too bad. Please do needful as soon as poosible.

    Default Fraud done by idea cellular limited

    FRAUD-an idea exceutive called me up for conversion of my no. from prepaid to postaid, i gave them all my documents on time afer 10 days they switched on my no.after lots of complaints,after that the sim they gave me was different from the sim on which they posted my old no.now from last 17n days my no. is been off..i m facing so many problems reguarding this.i went to idea showroom for this complaint they sais you have to file a fir for the sim n have to pay 75 for new sim and also the schemes they told me at the time of selling the sim r totally differnt from those they told me.the recipt of payment they gave me of 500,n the contact no. they gave on the recipt,no one picks up that.i bought this no.on 11th of september.i talked atleast 20 to idea costumer care since i bought my no.
    DOCUMENTS TO PROVE THIS FRAUD-the sim they gave me.the recipt of 500 they gave me from conversion from prepaid to postpaid.and also a conformation letter of my no.which has been activated on another sim no from idea itself.I HAVE FACED A LOSS OFF 2 LACKS SINCE THEN AS MY WORK IS OF COMMODITY MARKET.I HOPE CONSERNED AUTHORITIES WILL TAKE NECESSARY STEPS REGUSRDING MY COMPLAINT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE..I REALLY WANT TO RUIN THEM..I M FED OF BEEN RUNNING AND CALLING THEM TO SWITCH ON MY NO.
