    Default complaint against excess billing of my idea corporate number 9540015801

    sir/madam
    I am using a corporate connection star 100 plan with number as 9540015801 and 9540015802 .when the executive came from idea he told me that the itemised billing is free whereas i have been charged for the same as well cug calls have been charged.kindly look into the matter and rectify the same .

    Sub - Complaint against not Activating my Postpaid Number even after my Positive Verification.

    Dear Sir / Madam,

    This email is to complain about service I recently received from a Idea Cellular Limited.
    I have Applied for Prepared Connection Dated 8/02/2010 at one of the Ideas Pune branch office and As per my discussion with one of your Executive,they were aggried of giving me a Gold Number : +91 9922155777 at the cost of Rs.800 for Gold Number + Activation charges of Rs.500.So I have Paid Them Totally Rs.1300/- along with all the necessary Documents.
    They have done Verification after 10 Days.After Positive Verification,I have got the Call from one of the Executive that my number will be activated within 2 days after verification.
    After 2 Day's again I got a call from one of the Executive telling that My number will not be activated because the gold number charges for that number are Rs.3000/- and by mistake they have issued me that number.
    Because of this kind of service from your end,I have suffered many Problems,I have wasted my important time,Money and lott of Frustration.
    I request you to take this issue VERY SERIOUS and Activate my number as early as possible.

    I expect early action on this matter from your side and appropriate assurance from your side that these will not happen again and I will not have to frustration and disappointment again.

During last month calls are being overcharged.I have made complains through the helpline many times but in vain.Even they are not regestering my conplaint.You are requested to look into the matter.I am giving some numbers and their summary and money deducted as follws:-

    Respected Consumer Court,

    I,Neeraj Gupta ,being Prepaid customer of Idea Cellular since past one year.From 3rd of March 2010,some Amount is deducting continuously from my balance even I did not activated any service and they(Concerned Authority) are deducting balance knowingly as its marketing strategy .When I called Customer Care they told me you activated Internet Services.when i told them I want to deactivate the they told me sir why you are disconnecting its good service.When I came to know about the method of Disconnecting(i.e I did Msg as "DEACTNET20" to Number "12345") but in respose I got msg Like this "Dear Subscriber,there is a maintenance activity being Carried Out to Help serve you better,Request you to try after Some time,We Regret the inconvenience.Regards IDEA!!" again its marketing strategy.

    Please help me out against over charges imparted by Idea Cellular Ltd

    Please go through my complaint for arable results.


    I wish to claim harassment charges and bad service worth Rs(Amount which has been deducted from my Balance).
    please tell me the procedure for the same

    Angry Having an Idea is a WORST Idea

    you are wrong this company (idea) is not next to beggar, but they are the first one.

    I am facing the problem of network from last 2 years, inspite of so many calls this guys are sleeping like the kumbhkaran.

    HAVING AN IDEA IS A WORST IDEA.

    Default Unauthorised over charges.

    Idea cellular have given some agencies to some vendors like peoples in market. They are taking over charges for prepaid balance. For example if balance is of 50 rs. Then they are taking rs.51 to rs.55 which is totally illegal. This happens mostly in the condition of scarcity or person is in roaming. Shree mahavir store, virani chawk, rajkot, gujarat. Isone of them. Every time he used to take overcharges and people are also giving if they are not knowning the truth. I am requesting you to take necessary steps against him to prevent deceiving people and also to prevent spoiling of company name.

    Respected sir,
    the idea cellular compony is not lessoning about my problem. They have disabled my customer care call. by mistake i have activated my caller tune. and i can"t use my sim because when i refil my balance it is cutted due to caller tune. Plkese solve my following problem as soon as possible-
    1-Please enable my customer care servise
    2-please disable my caller tune.

    Angry Wrong billing and unnecessary harrasing

    Dear Sir,
    This is sheer height of unprofessionalism and apathy that I am being unnecessary harassed and penalized for no reason. I have been a very old and loyal customer of Idea but this incident has come to me as a shock and it's very upsetting. I have been charged for GPRS usage which was never active on my cell nor I ever applied or requested for the same. I was never communicated about any such service and to be noted that my Bill never exceeded Rs 600-700/-. This time it is Rs 2142/- which is unbelievable. I know my usage and quite aware of the Tariff rates. This is simply intolerable. Even on explaining this to the Customer Reps nothing has happened so far. To aggravate problem my SIM has been deactivated which is causing huge problem in my work and not at all expected from a company like Birla which is highly reputed company known for trust.
    My sincere request to all the top management of Idea to look into this matter and resolve it ASAP.

    Hi I am Suresh kumar using idea no+9891729157 since 3-4 years but there is no one day that i am happy for my idea no service some time the bal was deduct and some time the network problem if we want to complaint and any query of the idea no call to the customer care the customer care man using abuse and don't talk serials they will be try t o reject the customer in last few days i just active a service naughty joke for this service detective i just call to customer care they give me request no to detective at tell me the time of 24hours but the service is still running the request no of 15March is SR no.3332966463 this is the request no of 15 March to detective they ell me that this service dedicative in 24hours
    i just call after 1 days of 17 March they tell me the service is under process and they also give me the new request no new no is SR:
    3531193929 this is the require no of 17 they also tell me the bal that u have wrongly charged have been return but the service is still open and no bal is refund

    please ell me what will i do today the date is 25 March i just forward a compliant in 15 march their is no Action abut my compliant and my bal
    i can see this type of poor service


    soooooo bad and cheap service i advise to my friend dont use idea

    Thumbs down Extra charges, crappy service, lies in emails

    This is regarding my aunt Sushila John's mobile number. She is a prepaid IDEA customer, a very basic customer. She has been receiving smses and calls asking her to enable services. Even tho she says she doesn't want these services, these calls are logged as 'requested', and the services are activated on her phone, and then she is charged monthly rentals on all these services. She deactivates one, they call and activate another.

    Also, when we requested that they deactivate the caller tune service, they gave us details to suspend it. Then they made us pay 30 rental + 15 song selection to re-activate the service from suspended state, and then are not confirming if the deactivation request has been processed.

    I made a complaint by email, and they keep responding with rubbish like "we would like to inform you that all the necessary information related to the below mentioned concerns for your Idea mobile number 9594682938 has been provided to you", whereas I have received no email, no calls, no information to answer my queries.

    Can someone help me resolve this with IDEA, and prove to others that these guys are cheats?

    Default SMS pack deactivate

    Some SMS pack got activated on my mobile no 8805161841 AUTOMATICALLY. I have never ever activated the SMS pack. Always when I fill balance the next day or the same day Rs.10 gets cut from my balance amount because of that. For 2-3 times I complained to deactivate the sms pack, but still it is not.

    Kindly do all the needful to deactivate the sms pack and stop cutting of Rs. 10 from my balance amount.

    Otherwise I dont have any other chance but to go in 'Grahak Nyay Munch'

    Idea deduct money without intimation and fool customer care executive's speech

    Sir,

    I am a regular customer of Idea service provider from 2008, my no. is 9891232872. Many times I lost my money through Idea Services, but I neglect, But from last three months Idea Service provider deduct lot of money from my prepaid account without information. When we call to customer care executive, all the times i get your customer care executives are busy, even i call more than 10 times today but i didn't get any response from your side and no information provided, and now they have to charge for calling to customer care.why your executives are there even if they don't have time response the customer calls. i am really fed up with your services,please help me if u can otherwise i'll deactivate my no. very soon.
