I am idea prepaid subscriber mobile no.9914132767, since last two days my account is being deducted for Rs.1.50 each day for jokes for which I hv not subscribed for, this is bunggling to earn revenues.

Pls ask the company to stop this immedieatly and charges wrongly deducted from my account.

i am a customer of idea kerala network for last 5 years but now that sim card is not working properly due to the aging .so i contacted the customer care but they are saying that i have to pay the charges of duplicate sim then only i will get a new sim card and after that only this problam get solved.i am asking that is it the responsibility of the company to ensure good service to the coustomers .then what i can do to get justice

In my no. automatic services start from Idea. I call many times to Idea customer care but they are not supporting to stop these services and also not give proper response.
Due to this i am unable to use my phone because when i recharge the SIM automatic balance is deducted.
A automatically services message are seen in mobile many time in whole the day and night.

So please resole these issue to use the my connection freely.

Hi, I subscribed for a post-paid 3G subscription with IDEA cellular 3 months back. I was very unhappy with their service (especially 3G network) and wanted to terminate my subscription. So I called up the call center two of months back requesting an immediate termination of my account. To my utter shock, they refused to terminate the account and told me that there was a 6 months forced lock-in period and that I could terminate my account only after 6 months of commencement of subscription. Such a forced retention tactic is unlawful and definitely unacceptable to me. I stopped using the sim and have removed it from the phone and also refused to pay any subsequent bills. But I still keep receiving bills and threat calls from them to pay up (I havent made a single call in the last 2 months and the sim has been removed from the phone - I am clueless as to what they are charging me and sending me bills for).

Now I have had it with their threat calls and want to put an end to it. I wish to know what kind of legal action I can take against them.

1) i having net card bt i m not able to access Internet .

FRAUD - Myself Nikunj Panchal, had a word with an idea cellular representative regarding a talktime scheme of Rs 100/- that i will get 5% extra talktime on a Rs 100 recharge i.e Rs 100 full talktime with an additional 5%(Rs 5) which goes to Rs 105/-. Had called on 300111 & confirmed as well. But after getting the recharge done on both my numbers of Rs 100/- the same moment i dint get the whole talktime.

My name is Shanoff Sharaff. I have a connection of IDEA Cellular (Mob: 09656983830), I noticed on today that from 23/Feb/2012 idea deducted an amount of Rs: 2 / daily. I contacted to customer care to this num (9847112345) and informed my compliant on today (27/Feb/2012), customer care person informed that I had get a service from 23/ feb/2012 for sending 100 free SMS/per day & CC person refused to registered the compliant & refused to reimburse the amount. The CC person given a number *165*11# and inform that to dial this number so the service will be deactivated. Its really harassing and torturing approach from IDEA Personals, continuously. This is the second time I report complaint against such unprofessional dealing from IDEA personals. Kindly take necessary action to block all calls, service messages, and all other messages from IDEA marketing wing to my mobile. Kindly note that I have not get any call or SMS from IDEA on 23rd and also 22nd feb 2011.I want the whole amount that IDEA deducted from my account from 23/Feb/2012, because IDEA imposed service to my account without my consent and also deducted all these amounts illegally from my account.My first compliant against IDEA for such unprofessional dealings is on 20/Sep/2011 it has been worth and I get justice and get all money that deducted by IDEA. The same harassment and also illegal deductions are repeated after 5 months, so I am forced to file a case against IDEA such repeated unprofessional harassment and also illegal deductions from my accounts to worth Rs. 1 lac.
