I have purchased a Idea netsetter on Oct 2nd 2009, on prepaid plan of RS 491 unlimited monthly plan. When at the time of purchase the deal told that you will get a speed of 236KBPS all over the bangalore and also when i enquire the customer care they also said that the speed will be available in bangalore more than 180kbps when i check after purchase i got a speed of 30KBPS but i have a full signal at my point but then also i am not getting the proper speed.


I have lot many times contacted the idea customer care and also dealer but then also it was not at all resolved

Now they are not able to resolve they problem nor they can pay back my money paid for the instrument.

So i recommend the purchase of wireless internet please dont go for the Idea netsetter it is the waste one, they dont have proper service nothing they just bluff customer and make money they intension is only to make money not giving the proper service. They call girls are better they these people because they receive money for the service but these people only take the money wnt give service.


So i recommend not to go for IDEA netsetter its the suppid one

greeting for you but i am realy very much feed up with idea services,
i am using two connection of idea and one broad band connection of idea. i regularly pay my bill but i always face problem from idea servcies.
since four months i did not get my idea bill neither at my address and nor on my mail. all three bill i pay regularly every time i asked in customer care and they told me that now they activate that feature that now i will got my bill on mail but now this is the hike i did not get any bill on my mail due to this i did not pay my bill. now my bill increased with 100/- late payment and since two month after bill generation they closed by broad band connection.
now i will not pay this late fee which is due to your fault. and i will closed all your connection which i used. now i ready to face one time problem. i am very much fad up with every month problem.
plz clear this issue otherwise now i will take some leagal action against ur company this is third time i inform you since two time ur reply is call to customer care but u know he is not able to solve anything.


plz do needfull as early as posible.

My mob- 9990097823 was purchased in April 2009 and in June 2009 M/s Idea charged me for nothing - Rs.250/= for 1-year booking of a nasty song which I have never heard at all - far from selecting the same as my caller tune for 1 long year. I protested, and they assured about investigating. I had to pay.

Next month, in the bill due dt. 5=9=09 they billed Rs.385/= and I paid the same on 7=9=09 in cash. My connection was stopped on 6=9=09 and even after full & final payment they are threatening me (age 57 yrs) of physical assault, over phone/ at residence.

I am Nikhil Garg a resident of delhi. The company called "ITBL Private Limited" which call itself a franchisee of "IDEA Cellular limited" and provided me a sim card for an amount of Rs. 500/- which is not yet activated (after 2 days) and customer care people 01145567888 are not ready to answer my calls now and after 2 days they are saying that it is a premium number and i have to pay an amount of Rs. 5000/- for that number which they promised me for Rs. 500. I had a word with Mr. Vibhu Datta (Manager Backend Operations) '9891991087' at ITBL who is not ready to take the responsibility for the fault and is not providing me the contact numbers for any concerned or senior person. I am really sorry to the fact that a reputed company like IDEA cellular is hiring such companies and spoiling its own reputation. I hereby request the higher authorities to look into the matter and resolve my problem.

Hello,

I have been behind Idea cellular for last one month regarding my bill payment and migration to prepaid. Idea cellular could not help me in any way and am really sorry to say that I have never found such ridiculous, inefficient service providers in my life.
I have paid the full amount along with filled migration form to Sahil communications Khadki with receipt number 502.
After around 30 calls to their corporate customer care and talking with Mr. Datta some how the amount has been credited to my account after 25 days.
Still the connection is not yet migrated to Prepaid and the bill is generating every month where am not using this mobile to make any calls. When I gave application for migration, the lady at the outlet told that I can make calls up to Rs 100/- and if I use more than 100/- the process will not be done & I have used it to make 1 or 2 calls. Now when I called to customer care the Manager asked me to forget about that lady ( I felt shamed when I heard such statement from a manager) and pay the balance and give application again to process.
When I was communicated with Mr. Dutta, he was assuring me that I need not pay any extra money and will be reversed.
I do not know what to do and feels I lost my money and precious time.
Is there any way I can get this done through this forum.

A sales executive Mr. Pankaj of Idea called me up on 5/9/2009and he said you are getting a scheme now u can make from Shaiva BPO services a franchisee of "IDEA Cellular limited"provided me a sim card for an amount of Rs. 500/- which is activated (after 5 days) who told me that in this connection you have to pay rental of Rs.250/- per month and you get the talk value of Rs.250/-. And you call rate would be 30 paise per minute for all local calls and all STD calls will be 50 paise per minute.And you have to pay Rs.500/- as Security deposit which will be adjusted in first two months rent. So, I paid Rs.500/- and take this connection.

But I received a letter from Idea where you mentioned that I get 100 minutes talk time for local or STD and the call rates will be Idea to Idea 30 paise for minute and 50 paise for other network and the STD rate will be 75 paise per minute.

Even after 3 months my security deposit not adjusted till date.
I have requested several time to customer care executive by phone calls and by emails also. but there is no response from Idea customer care.
The customer care executive don't satisfy the queries of customer. My number is still deactivated from last two months even I paid all amount is cleared and they call for payments only not for satisfaction of customer.

Total Paid:- Rs.158.00 and sea the Balance Amount is Rs.65.00 ok. All Recharge done very successfully Dt:-13/01/2010........... At the same time i have made a call other idea no. it is done successfully.......

after one day like Dt:-14-01-2010 sea in 4:30pm SIM showing Invalid...
Today is 15-01-2010 again Visit again Saheed Nagar My Idea Outlet and complain against above matter also submitted a written complain to the Authority, and Request to him solve my case with immediate effect ,sea i have face lot of problem taking this NO. any how i want activate this no with any delay

I am a Idea Prepaid Customer for the last two years.I am using a Prepaid Gang card no.
my no. is +919718050749, I am facing a problem since 20 January 2010. A service net 20 was activated on my no. I made a request on 20th January to deactivate that service but till today ie.4th Feb 2010 it is not deactivated.I do call the customer care department twice a day ,and every time I came to know that the problem would be sorted out within 24 to 48 hours. I also spoke to seniors thrice but same result.
Today when I again called them, I came to know that the problem would be resolved again within 24 hours.
There is a regular deduction of 20 rupees from my balance,I got my balance back till 28 ,but after that I did not get my Balance back .
Will you Please help me out to get rid of this problem.

When i talkded to customer care center about this service they said" this service is activiated by you through SMS. which is wrong thing. I am very sure about this i have not sernt any sms for this service. they cheated me. even though they are not responsing me for this regard. I am regular customer of Idea service provider from 2007, many times I lost my money through Idea Services, but I neglect, But from 2 days Idea Service provider deduct lot of money from my prepaid account without information. When we call to customer care executive, "Dipak" no information provided, talk like disgusting method. and now they have to charge for calling to customer care.

I have provided all my information, but they misguide me, to call 12345 or call 198, is this a method to talking with customers.
