Above i am saying is complete true for IDEA Cellular, because today 10th april my Rs-45/- deducted by idea due to some service activated and downlode some game on 9th april, whether i have not gave any instruction for activate service and also i have not downlode any game by internet. this is reducuilas by idea this company spoiling people 45 rupees is not small amount for middle class man and why should we change our service provider. IDEA is 3rd class service provider and deducted amount without any services activated by users.

3RD CLASS SERVICES AND THEY ARE ROBBER NOW A DAYS.

Dear Court,
I have an idea connection (prepaid). I don't get the required signal at my home and the work place . So I decided to apply for Number portability to another service provider. It has been almost 10 days. in the meantime different callers (nearly 25- 30) from Idea have really hounded and harassed us with with enquiiries at odd times. Is there any way to stop such nuisance? Do we have to justify our decision of porting the number?

On 16 April Rs 21/- was deducted fromr mobile number 9964453960 without any intimation nor any service activation done by me. I request several times to the customer care about this who were not able to respond properly. I forced them to raise a complaint against this no-15074853517 dated 16/04/2011.

I requst you henceforth to refund my dedcted amount immediately.

I have been using idea connection for over 3 years. But with complete grievance against idea i need to state that every month my services are blocked on the next day my bill gets generated for non payment of the bill where as there are 15 days when the payment would fall due. After lots of discussions and wasting half of my day me services are restored. I have been facing the same problem for past 7 months and the IDEA people are not willing to solve the same.
I tried to switch to another service provider but they have rejected the number portability request on 5 occasions without sufficient reasons.
I have been writing to the customer care and grievance cell but the response is unsatisfactory or absent.

This is a great regret for the service given to me.

I just want to get this to your notice that on 14th of April 2011, I spoke to one Customer Care Executive regarding a new connection of Idea and after confirming they send me a collection guy named Kamal from RSM Finserv Ltd to collect money for my new number.
He came and collected Rs 250 for activation of my new number after 2 days on 16th April 2011 receipt number 5692. From then I have been struggling for the activation of my new number.

I have had lots of call to the executives and everytime they tell me that my number will be activated in a day or two but till now nothing has happened.

tell me why FAKE PROMISES if you cant provide the services. If you have some problem then you shouldnot have given the number. I want this activated ASAP or else tell me your CEO's number and I am gonna talk to him.

I want my number to be activated soon or else I will screw you on the court of law. It is being high time and great disappointment of services provided by Idea.If your initial services is so fake then what can I expect about future.
You wanna play for Rs 250. I can go to any extreme.

I remind you again to activate my services ASAP.

I am Harsha Suhane, I am one of the oldest customer of idea cellular (approximately eight year) my mobile number is 9826503006. Suddenly my services were blocked, then I submitted my sim related all document on 23/4/2011. They again activate my prepaid service on 27/4/2011 and afternoon they deactivated my service , when I call my number the messages given to this number "not in service”. I am unable to understand why my prepaid service again stops. When I was already submitted my all related document against idea cellular notification. This number is very important for me because it is very old number and distributed to my all friend and relative and also use in commercial purpose.Please help me to activate this number.
