Airtel Post Paid Sim is still not activated Respected Sir
Subject : My Airtel Post paid sim is still not activated.
My name is M.Venu Gopal and i have taken a post paid sim from Airtel on February-04-2009 and paid Rs 500/- and submitted Xerox copy my Driving License to Airtel Customer Executive. The Number alloted for me is: 9177771419. The Executive name is vasu and his mobile number is: 9989094304. The Airtel people told me that the Sim will be activated in 2 days. But the sim is not activated. I called to Customer Care and they also told me that it will activate in one week.
After one month i went to Airtel Office and asked regarding the details. Again Customer Executive came to me and asked to fill the Registration form. I filled all the details along with my Xerox copy of Driving License.
But till now, the sim is not activated. Again i called to Customer Care and they told me that it will not activte and they never submit my money back.
So, Please take the necessary action on this.
