My name is Amit Jain. I live in East delhi.
My airtel mobile no. is 9810905603, i had recharge mobile internet card of Rs 98, in which 2 GB internet surfing is free, but from 28th aug 2010 i face a problem that the amount is also deducting from my main balance, while the internet balance is also available, like whenever i access internet, the amount of 2 to 4 Rs is deducting everyday and i had saved the "MOBILE OFFICE" setting in my mobile, but when i contacted to the customer care then every time they told me that you are using "AIRTEL LIVE" as saved in your mobile in which 30p/kb will deduct from your main balance. I had also visited the customer care center in krishna nagar (East delhi) but they did not give me the solution and they didnot even want to check my mobile's setting. I had also called to the airtel gprs helpline no. 12118 but there also they didn't give me the proper solution and deduct the amount everytime. I had also filed a complaint in the complaint no. 198 of airtel and they give me a date that on 3rd of september 2010 your all problems will be solved, but still i am facing that problem.
