My cell number is 09043000242- chennai number. There is no network in my area and i have complained about 17-25 times in the past 2 months but no action is being taken. Only sometimes i get a call from the customer care stating that your problem is being solved, but in reallity the problem remains the same. Although they are offering the per sec STD but there is 90% call drops. These number are working fine with TATA indicom or airtel.They also donot have a prorata bill ccycle or a customised bill cycle. I told them that i need my due date on 17th of every month but they said that this is not possible.

one of the worst service and careless human resource is working in airtel.I am having a lot of problems relating to the trariff provided by them,when i thought to say end to their hopeless service and switch to vodafone the rejected my porting 2 times stating that the documents of my sim card are in the name of other persons ,Even though when i personally visited and submitted my documents to them through walking into their office they still say the same thing such hopeless,careless and useless services is provided by them,
so its my kind request to all of them that pls dont purchage their sim cards and take service from them
