Refund for the balance amount

Dear Sir / Madam,



I received an sms from 93225 53555 saying that the balance of Rs. 202.05 has
been added to my account I know but what about the rest deduction, that too
was done for the STD call made as you know that the voucher which I prefer
everytime is for STD free initially it was Rs. 495/- and now Rs. 799/-



I was confirmed by your Customer care people and also seniors of theirs from
their respective team that I would be refunded back the amount which was
wrongly deducted form my extra balance but in vain you have only given me
back Rs. 202.05/- instead of Rs. 397/- the record is with you now don't tell
me that your system only shows deduction of Rs. 202.05/- only and don't also
tell me that it is correct deduction for what I have already informed your
Customer care people that I am being wrongly charged for the calls they only
gave me confirmation to again recharge with extra vouchers which I did and
the amount whatever is deducted will be refunded back then why is it so only
a amount which you people think is right given back then what about the rest
of the money please do explain. Please ask the concern dept. to again go
through my record since 07/02/2009 after I recharged with Rs. 799/- voucher
with STD free service to be provided.



Kindly do the needful and do revert back immediately I need an answer to my
above query.

Dear Sir / Madam,



I would like to bring to your notice related to the refund amount of Rs.
397/- which was to be added to my account. Yesterday at about 10.07 pm I
received a message from your side that my balance is Rs. 342.46 kindly note
that I already had balance of Rs. 140/- till 10.06 pm.



I want detail of the refund amount which your respective dept. has added to
my account as I have not received the exact wrong deduction amount back as
per confirmation given by your Customer care dept. Please note that this is
the extra amount deducted inspite of recharging with voucher of Rs. 799/-
with STD free. I hope you will understand and help me in the same.



Kindly do the needful. For your reference I am giving below the complaint
