Dear Sir,
I have been using Reliance pre-paid connection (9320941403) since last 10 months. On 4th April 2009 Reliance has barred my services without giving any intimation about the same. When i contacted Reliance care first they told that b'coz of temporary technical problem from Reliance end services has been barred and it will get resolved very soon. After some time again i spoke to Reliance Customer care executive she told because of documentation problem services have been barred.
Again I have spoken to Customer care representative Ms. Taruna (Interaction id: 1147609535) she assured me that there is technical problem from reliance end and it will get resolved within 24 hours. She gave contact no. of Mr. Vinit Sharma (022-32978900), and asked if it would not get resolved then contact Mr. Sharma for the same. But again after 24 hours situation was same i tried Mr. Sharma no. it was switched off.
I was wondering what to do now. Next day sent mail to customercare@relianceada.com mentioning above things then got reply that there is documentation problem and asked to submit documents at Reliance outlet. Have submitted documents at Reliance outlet at Bandra on 8-April-2009.
On the same day i.e 8-April-2009 got call from Mr. Sushil (Reliance representative) by 22:00 hrs told that there is no documentation problem but technical problem from reliance end. Again he assured me that within 36 hours problem will get resolved.
But still situation is same. Have sent mail again to reliance customer care, but did not get any reply yet, I am not able to decide what I should do now. Plz suggest me about the same.
