Cell phones banned in Delhi schools The Delhi government Tuesday banned students from carrying mobile phones to schools.
The ban applies to all schools, public and private, an official said.
The move comes soon after an MMS clip showing two school students engaged in a sexually explicit act was widely circulated through mobile phones, Internet and video CDs.
