Hope you have seen the recent Reliance Mobile advertisement appearing on TV
Channels.

No water - Reliance network available
No Air - Reliance network available
No Sunlight - Reliance network available
No Land - Reliance network available.

Do'nt you think this advt is misleading ???. Is there any competent authority
tracking these sort of advertisements? especially in Telecommunication.

I'm really concerned with advt. As in normal case the network quality is not 100
% everwhere or even very weak at several nodes within the city limits.

Dear RS Dev,
You r right, the ad is extremely misleading and making exhorbitant claims. It
should be reported with relevant details of time, date and the media to the
Advertisement Standards Council of India and MRTP as well. Both can be done
online. The relevant documents, proofs, info must be preserved so that if MRTP
orders investigation in to the allegations, the documents, specific info can be
produced.
