Sir,

I am using Airtel post paid mobile service for the past 6 yrs, last 1 year I am not getting the signal in my home. I registered a complaint in airtel customer care many times\ and still no solution. I called few times to the customer care, one day they are saying they are going to add additional booster and another day they said looking space for installing the new tower. Its absolutely irrelevant answer.
Even I compaint to the nodal office. But they said needful will be done soon. Soon has no definition. They are even not addressing the time frame they will take to install repeater.

My questions like, can I register a complaint in consumer court for the compensation since I got missed few audit appointment calls and most of the time worry about the signal problem.
