Dear Friend,

May be some of us may face some difficulty while dealing with
public sector banks, public sector companies like BSNL etc. but i am
of the opinion that we should support and encourage these govt.
companies and govt. banks. they are improving a lot & lot and more
and more and they are far better then privat players in our contry.

These privat players were granted linces of "LOOING" from the
govt. since they paid hevy bribe for getting license in the
contry.now they have only way to recover their money or more true
to recover heafty pay packages of their girls and boys.These private
players never miss any opportunity to make you fool or cheater or
even to rob you without fearing or caring law and order. they don't
believe in any judicial system.

So be cool just try to adjust with BSNL its better then TATA or
reliance or hutch or any other private phone. atleat BSNL will never
send any GOONS to your home for recovery.TATa will always send you
bills even after disconnection cause they never give you
acknowledgement for disconnection if you are an ignorant customer.
hehehehehe.
They have 1000 tricks to cut our pockets and to make us fool
cause we never read their terms and conditions and we always
believes that " IT WILL NEVER HAPPEN WITH ME" so we ignores other's
experience.

Sir,
BSNL officers are bribed by the private players to stop giving
their service and put you into various incovinience. I can vouch that
BSNL broadband is the best. If they have supplied you with old MODEM
particularly to trouble you, just inform the vigilance.
BSNLm broadband is the best in India for speed and for the value
for money.

I agree with you whole hartedly. I had taken Reliance Phone and faced hell of
a lot of problems and finally decided to return back to MTNL Delhi, They have
changed their attitude and have brought in whole lot of improvement

Reliance has made my phone life miserable, they are dictating their
terms and no one is there to listen to your grievences there is lot of
high handedness and it is the worst telecom service in the world. They
want only money and they dont beleive in giving services. The cheaters
of the top order is Reliance.They are all set to purchase India ,
where ever there are tenders there is reliance, in all the fields. I
wont be surprised to see on all the currency notes the photograph od
Dhirubhai instead of Gandhiji one day.beware of Reliance the name
should have been Non-Reliance.
