please i taken new handset SAMSUNG GALAXY POP - GT-S5570, battery backup is so poor even not using for a single min it will switch off,
if i connect to the charger it will automatically dial some numbers or will will switch to some applications & i will hang. please let me know the address in bangalore

I purchased a samsung galaxy s2 handset on 12thapril 2012 from Univercell mobile store ,,
i faced problems since last week with the handset ,, it hangs a lot an while playing music it goes dead completly ,,
when i approached the store they asked me to go to service center near jayanagar ,, they have diagnosed the phone
with faulty mother board and asked me to wait for a week to get it rectified or replace the handset ...
my problem here is tat i don want a mother board repaired handset !!! i need a replacement ... they denied it an asked me
to leave so before i approach the consumer court please REPLACE MY HANDSET ASAP ..
