Submit Complaint..Dear All,
I have ordered an article with order no 1156943 from naaptol.com on 23 dec and that article yet not delivered to me. it is more than one month their customer support is worst. and now i have finalized to move on for consumer forum.

Reliance have not given me any response. Reliance customer care should have to respond on this issue otherwise let me go to higher authorities.
I changed my MDN number from 9368680800 to 9359090100 on 26-07-10. from DEEPALI INFOCOM (Reliance Web World Express) NEW AGRA-282005 , Since the very first day it has no network signals. Whenever tried to contact anybody, always get disconnected. I am fed up of it. Kindly plz Urgently fix the problem otherwise i will have to go to consumer court.
Please do the needful as soon as possible or give me new MDN number as because Postpaid connection is always good in network.
I have lots of hope from you
