This is chandra sekhar.

i have taken postpaid connection with tata, my number :9282107277. I have
submitted Connection closure request in middile of March 2010 till now
didn't receive my advance as they suppose to deliver in 45 days after closing connection. Many times i wrote mail to them but there is no progress on this. Even customer care also not giving proper answer they are disconneting the call in middile without giving proper informaton and saying that if you want your money return come and collect at my head office...! but this is not the process as they suppose to do.
Please help on to get my money retrun and they need to punish on this in future should never happen to any other people.

Send a written notice to the TATA Nodal Officer via email or registered post, mention all the details in it and ask them for the refund with 12% interest with in the mentioned time in the notice, wait for their response and revert us back.

Note: Keep all the copy of Complaint, Notice and the registered post slip, this may help you if you need to knock the consumer forum.
