this is to bring to your kind notice that i purchased the latest gadget of samsung mobile which is called as jet
on 15/4/2010 but to my apathy the next day onwards the battery of the phone lasted not more thn 20 minutes i went to the shopkeeper and informed him regarding the problem as my phone was in warranty he advised me to visit the nearest service centre in ghatkopar east named JMD i went there and informed them regarding the problem they said that they rectified the problem but to my dismay the phone still has the same problem i was then asuured taht a new battery will be replaced instead of that as the owner of the service centre gave me his own battery and he took mine now the phone is working properly when i went to ask the new battery which i should get speaking legally they say it is out of stock is the battery coming from NASA space centre i m harrsased by this and its my strong recommendation to all my friends that dont purchase the Samsung mobile phones as you people only spend on add and not in customer satisfaction hope so i will get a suitable reply from u
