Hey Frnd i can see what you are going through, i will suggest that if you are not getting any satisfactory response from airtel regarding your complaints, you can mail them or write them a letter stating your complaint in detail with with your complaint number at

I am sure that you will get a positive response from them, and from next time i would suggest that when you call any customer care, note down the agents ID and name, if possible ask for there supervisor and note his ID and name so that you can refer the same to the company..
