    Default airtel prepaid service not proper continuing and extra credit of balance

    hello sir
    i am using airtel prepaid mobile no 9729691881 in charkhi dadri haryana
    i have debited recharge of rupess 333 on march 5,2009 at 7:54 pm
    i am using airtel gprs service, according to this service balance of rupess 299 should be credited from account, but all my debit balance is credited
    and after renew of my service i am unable to use this service
    i asked from customer care about this they asked for some time now 11 days is passed but there is no good response from them
    on march 8th a complaint(no. 386978) is also registed in company they said we will update your balance till march 12, but till now my balance is Rs. 0.16 and my service is also not renew
    customer care said the amount is credited from my account is detail:-

    March 07{ Rs. 3.60
    Rs. 74.00
    Rs. 67.00}
    March 08{ Rs. 5.40
    Rs. 1.80}
    the detail is given by customer care the total of this is n't equal to the our previuos balance
    now they are n't talking with us everytime they said that the system is n't okay
    now 11 days is already pass
    but my balance is now Rs 0.16 and my airtel monthly gprs service is also not renew
    now tell me what to do??

    Hey Frnd i can see what you are going through, i will suggest that if you are not getting any satisfactory response from airtel regarding your complaints, you can mail them or write them a letter stating your complaint in detail with with your complaint number at

    I am sure that you will get a positive response from them, and from next time i would suggest that when you call any customer care, note down the agents ID and name, if possible ask for there supervisor and note his ID and name so that you can refer the same to the company..

    am vijay dng mbbs in trichy,am using airtel for past 1yr nd my mob no is 9894994941 . i hv lots of problem by using airtel . I put 1yr hello tune subscription mainly for the song frm sachin tamil film (kanmoodi thirakum bodhu ) before i put tis offer i called to customer care d asked abt tat song, they told its availble. but after tat they were telling its not available bd they told if its available in tis (VODFONE , IDEA) u can copy it bt nw its nt supported bcoz diff network . i want to ask u 1 question sir wat for customer care is tere mainly for customers complaint nd 2 rectify any problem , if we call after 10min nly they were responding even though they were nt giving proper information wat shal i do sir nw . . . . . .. . . ? can u tel me the procedure to register my complaint againt tis network in consumer court . .

    Default complaint in recharging

    hai frends sterday i recharged for my airtel mobile but it didnt get added this voucher is invalid next also i recharged the same message is coming what to do

    Default Chrges for services never asked for

    Air tel is charging to my prepaid mobile for services which I never asked for.
    1) job offers
    2)audio clips
    3) daily horoscope

    I have complained many times but they never return the mony taken .
    This is shameless robbery by airtel.

    Angry withdrawing balance unnecessarily.

    hello,
    unnecessarily balance ve be taken from my account in the name of radio. i havent subscribe to aritel radio and wen i called the customer care once i recived the msg that i ve been charged rs.30 from my account, they told me that i ve activated it by receivin a cal from airtel. i didnt receive a cal but i blindly got a msg dat i ve been subscribed. chariging balance unnecessarily is really ridiculous and i want my balance back.
