    Dear Sir / Madam

    I have a complaint against Idea Cellular regarding Online recharge . I recharged my mobile thorough idea cellular web site using Net Banking ( amount of 222 ) . Money is deducted from the bank but no recharge done . I called up customer care they are telling they have no idea where the money gone or whom to contact and someone saying it will get credited after 8 days. Several users are facing this issue since i read the complaints here . This is not the first time i am getting like this and they are not refunding the hard earned money . so thought of submitting a complaint .

    Hereby i am attaching the details of mine and transaction details i had done for the same .

    my name is Rajkumar more. My contact no. is 00919623052873. My handset is E72-Nokia. I dont know but since my arrival in india i am facing that my balancing is going down automatically with very negligible amount, but i assure collectively this amount will grow bigger. Actully i hasn't noticed it untill when i was returning back from delhi to nanded and it need to manage the account. So i havnt used any feature, even i always use to exit the applications that my go onlilne for updates. But it brought into my notice that there was slow deduction from my account. Then onward i have consulted the customer care and they have told me that this deduction is due to GPRS... Believe me then onward even from last one week i havn't used WAP, mail or any feature over my handset. Still i noticed that my balance is reducing..

    Today it was height for the service, when i thought to record the balance enq... and for this instant i have recored it and now i have it as a video with me... In this video you will see my balance has automatically deducted by 11 Paise. When contacted to the customer care they told that during the time when i was busy in recording, i was used GPRS... Also when i was asleep today at around 4:50 idea's system indicating that i have used GPRS... What the hell is it??

    Either the system to reduce the money from customer after real usage, needs some sort of maintenance or it need to investigate is there any sort of corruption behind it???

    because believe me or not just think, if you are taking 10 paise from each person daily.... How many are there using idea and are not noticing it... And even if they will complain... system says its packet radio service use charge.. and you wont have any proof against...


    But.. but ... but... I have proof against them.. but i dont kow how to find consumer court.. and how to file the case?? and how much time it will take... Because soon my visa is under processing and i need to go as quick, and will not get enough time to stay here.. But i dont want to tolerate them and specially would like to bring this fact in front of comman public.. So also i appeal you to spread this message as quick as possible to everybody you know..

    AS FAR AS POSSIBLE SAY 'NO' TO IDEA CELLULAR SERVICES....

    From last nit in akola city in maharashtra ther is no network in any idea cell fone from last nit

    i want all to read my statements.in my experience,idea is providing india's worstest service provider.it is a purely naked truth.this bas.... company has no idea about themselves.this provides fu.. customer care service as well as network.i called many times to their customer care for a same reason.in a single call to customer care would not fulfill my needs.i have contacted them for receiving net setting and 3G activation.the net settings they are sending is a fake one.it is not get installed and it is not my cell problem.and also they were checking my patience after i send 3G activation request.they told it will be activated within 2 days first .i waited.2 days after they said send request again.ok,i again send.yet i didn't received.they use to say next day ,next day and i got activated after many days.o.k. i thought all problems are over.i made video call my friend.one day 3g is not available they said me we not launched 3g there.then how i made video call?one idiot told network problem another one told your cell complaint.i don't know what is happening in that hell,heir center no one knows about nothing .they don't no nothing.every one is saying different things about one thing.are they deaf or mad?or are they conducting patience test?i should be awarded for decent conversation to them even if i didn't fulfill my needs.and another bloody thing is they are charging 50 paise for this useless call.so fu.. yourself idea and rot in hell. i recommend all the idea users to do MNP to any other service provider.this is my request.idea is born to sin the name of great birla.

    RESPECTED SIR/MADAM,

    ON 21/05/2011 I have taken a new IDEA number : 9911518897 in the name of PARTHA BHATTA. On 23/05/2011,without informing me they have deducted 60/- from my account.On 23rd night,when I contacted to IDEA customer care,they have told me that system upgradation is going so they are unable to help me.On 24th morning,when I contacted to them,they had told me that I had activated a VAS(Value Added Service) and for that they are deducting 20/- per day.Actually it was forcefully activated by them without any information.When I contacted senior customer care excecutive Miss/Mrs. Pragya and Miss/Mrs. Tarunnum,they have told that by mistake it has been activated to your mobile and given a complain number:15677869970 dated 24th may and told me that by 25th may 3:00 p.m(upto) , your money will be refunded.At night 10:00 p.m , I had conyacyed to customer care several times regarding money recovery...but they have misbehaved and told "whatever you can do...do it but your money will not be refunded"(It was told by Mr. Vikrant).So sir please do the needfull justice.

    I have never seen such bull shit company. The slogan of the company is correct but incomplete. it should be "An idea can change live... from good to bad, best to worst. It is just rediculous. It ates money without any notice and without any customers consent. Government should ban this company immediately. I think lot of users have similar type of complaints. No customer care at all. Bull Shit.

    Default Money deduction even after cancelling services and ignorant answer when contacted .

    I made a recharge of Rs 50 on OCT 4th 2011 and called the customer care on the same day and asked to remove any service that is being given to me without my knowledge and he said he will remove it and no further deductions will be made. The following day (Oct 5th 2011) however i found that Rs30 being deducted. This is totally incorrect. I called the customer care the same day and a lady who picked was very ignorant and told me to go and complaint in the consumer court when i asked for the same. This is making fool out of customers.

    i purchased idea sim card on 23oct 2011 with the sim no-9912299317 and submitted the documents.but with in 5 days ma no got barred becaus of not submitting the documents..i submitted it again bt there is no response 4m your side.im v much disappointed with the service.
    i have already given this no to all of ma frnds..now its been very difficult to get in contact.
    the service is very poor..none of ur members are responding
    hope to get response atleast here

    Default Deducting money in the name of blackberry services

    Hello sir

    These idea guys are really fraud. My no is 8608593518. i am presently in Tamil Nadu. Once I tried to activate blackberry service for one day. I called these guys 100 times to activate the blackberry service. But the poor guys can do that. Then onwards they are deducting RS15 per day in the name of blackberry service. In the same time they are not providing me the service. I dont want to call the worthless customer care of idea as it is worthless. Can somebody help me to get my money back.
