The Idea Cellular is a bullshit company, they cheat the customer and deduct amount from account without any service. They activate any service even against the customer, and the greatest thing is that it's customer service is worst, they don't good response.
"IDEA SHOULD BE EITHER COMPLETELY BANNED OR PUNISHED BY GOVT."

Approximately 1 month before i purchased Idea Net setter, its of 7.2 Mbps ,but i am getting speed 0.00, 0.22, 0.67, 0.98, 1,9,22, 0.00,0.64 kbps while signal strength is 92% and EDGE.

so its my advice to everybody that dont purchase anything from IDEA otherwise u will have to regret as me
other networks providers are good enough.

Hi This is hanuman idea customer from 2008,
With No: 9948059038 in Andhra pradesh Circle

In December i activated for 3G data plan 450/- that is 1200MB plan in December, i was charged for 1957/- for data usage.I consulted the idea customer care and they said that it was calculated wrongly and they raised a request, but it is not resolved and this request raised for more than 4 times till now.please look into this and resolve this as soon as possible

I have recently switched to Idea from Reliance thinking that you would provide me a better service and looking at all your interesting ads. But When I inquired for a gang number connection i.e my number to be added with my Idea using friend as a gang (as per the ads, I have read often, 10p/min with the initial charges). The customer care officer tells me to buy two new SIM cards if I need such offer.

Should I get a new SIM card for each Offer I get? I find this service is very Hopeless. There are no any offer or rate cutter for even local Idea to Idea customers. Plz provide us a satisfying service and stop all your exciting ads.

Is that offer for "My gang" is not applicable for OLD customers? You want more and more new ones and dont care for the OLD ones.
