Hi Sir,

I am an Idea customer from last 5 years, and still i am suffering from these type of stupid deductions. This time i have made a recharge of 49 on 29th Oct 2011, I got Rs:42 for that. i made hardly 2-3 calls of about 4-5 mins and my remaining balance was Rs:00.151 , I called customer care but they replied the same as they usually reply,'Sir, we are not updated with ur account til now , please call us after 24 hours''. that time i was in need of balance, but anyhow i managed 1 day without recharging. the next day i called them up, they were saying that u dont have enough balance to make this call. then i again made a online recharge of 49, this time shit happened.i got message from 147 that ur recharge is successful but this bluddy network service didnt gave me a single paisa for the recharge of 49. npw i am in roaming and i am afraid of recharging it again. i cant recieve any call because i am having balance Rs: 0.151. Now will u plese tell me what should i do. Please help.

since last six to eight month i m not able to recharge my prepaid idea delhi no. 9990491968, online. evry time i try to recharge online, money is being deducted from my account and i receive message saying" transaction request for rs.350 for 9990491968 failed due to mobile no. is barred by service provider OxiTransID 07862640011111021914. customer care people does not have any clue about this problem,

I wish to lodge a complaint against Idea Cellular. I had some unpaid dues which i paid the moment they reminded me. The person claimed to be calling from Delhi - 01164104872. They keep calling my friends and keep pressurizing them to give my new number etc. Since I have paid all my dues, there is no business for these so-called-dumb-agents ( or should i call them goondas!). They are invading my privacy.

I am really frustrated with this and am planning to file a criminal case against Idea.

My complaint is against idea celluar company . my problem is , on 12th nov 2011 i called coustomers care for activation of blackberry services , in that they have provide me wrong information and by that i am facing problem , and by that i am not able to use internet .I have called coustomer care on 14 nov 2011 and now they are saying tht itsnot our problem and nw we have to face that thing and its monthly rentel also . but the thing is , why we should pay its monthly rentel because its an mistake of coustomer care person who provided me a wrong mistake . my communication id is 153890394.

i request to please solve out my problem because i am a hard working man , for me that rentel is like my 1 mnth expenses . so please go through my request ,

sir mein last one and a half month se 198 pe apni complaint register kr rhi hu...bt no response...actually mere number se 12345 no.dial ni ho rha...jiske karan muje kafi loss ho rha hai balne etc.mein....muje puri information provide nhi ki jati 198 k thru...nobody provide me full info.regarding any tariff voucher...like 34 and 39 rs voucher...not work simultaneously on a particular no...ye bat muje kisi b executive ne nhi btai .. Jiske karan mera sara balnce galat cal rate k hisab se deduct ho gya...so plz solve my query as soon as possble

Hi,

I need to draw your attention on a very serious issue that I am using idea number 991135683 for last around five years. I have lost my phone somewhere on 19th of September 2011 while traveling but when I called up to customer care then I was shocked, they were saying that 9911356683 number is assigned to somebody else. While I have submitted document twice, First time when I bought the number and second time when idea wants again to submit the document.

I have mailed & Called so many times but they are not taking this seriously. Now I don't want to call worthless customer care again. Can somebody help me to get my number back.
