i m Sanjay m sindhav from surendranagar in Gujrat.mene abhi 1mahine pahele hi micromax q5fb kharida hai par q5fb mere note_book pc se connect hi mahin hota hai phone&modem me modem hi nahin leta hai,without ear plug se baat nahin kar sakte hai aur audio player bhi nahin baja sakte hai without ear plug se main to pproblem to yehi ki pc se connect nahin hota aur apka service centar najdik me kahin nahi hai to me vaha jakar kuch repair karva saku pls kuch reply do my sear sir/madam

poor serivce of micromax in phoneworld they even cant talk properly to the customer.

Dear Sir / Madam,

I've purchased a mobile on 20-10-2011 micromax GC 360. I've given My brand new Mobile Mcromax GC 360 mobile to Micromax Service center M/s. prishan mobile shoppee, shop no. 43,geeta arcade , opp st. josepth church, sheetal nagar, mira road (E) mumbai Tel: 9987898442 / 9664059173 for repair on 11-04-2011 as Auto Switch off and battary back up is too low. They have promised me that mobile will be delivered to me on 22-04-2011. On 22-04-2011 they told me that mobile sent to Delhi for PCB replacement and that will take at least 15 days i.e. on 07-05-2011. After 15 days when I asked for the same, Then I wanted to contact them by phone, but the Phone Nos. given by them was not working or when ringing no one pick the phone and when they pick the phone just cut off my phone the reply was that set is not yet came.. More Then 1 months has been passed, till now i've not received my phone. M/s. prishan mobile shoppe still fraudulating me for the set. What I can do?

Please do something.
