Years were there when BSNL used to prefer to not respond to
corruption allegations or corruption complaints.

TRAI has passed an order of enquiry in to MULTICOLOR DIGITAL
CORRUPTION
of BSNL Nagpur.

Sailent features of MDC (Multicolor Digital Corruption) in BSNL
Nagpur are

1) 26 reported bribery transactions for phone on bribe
2) Chaeting with Ministry of Grievances
3) Cheating with Ministry of Communications
4) Cheating with Government of India
5) Corruption in cable laying
6) Illegal sale of directories
7) Illegal telephone calls
8) Documented and accepted given illegal telephone connections
9) Fabrication of vigilance report
10) Issuing false vigilance report
11) Abusing senior citizen for not paying bribe
12) Refusing docket numbers
13) Refusing repair of telephone
14) Deliberately making telephone dead due to non-payment of bribe.
15) Refusing to comply courts, CMD's and TRAI directives
16) Harrassing non-bribe payers etc.

Area Manager YASH PANHEKAR along with team of senior and junior BSNL
officials
including PGM, GM, DE, SDOT were involved in corruption.

Recently I have sent a query regarding filing an application under
RTI to know
the status of TRAI directives and BSNL NAGPUR PIO MR. U B NIKOSE and
MAHARASHTRA TELECOM CIRCLE GM (HQ) MR G JAYARAMAN (CPIO) has
acknowledged that
an application u/RTI could be filed with respective office.


I thank BSNL RTI machinery for acknowledging the query and an
application under RTI
will follow appropriately.

I am positive that BSNL CMD and responsible and honest
officials of BSNL will take RTI application to expose corruption in
BSNL even in vigilance department.

IF VIGILANCE OFFICIALS WHO REPORTS TO PGM ARE CORRUPT (I AM READY TO
PROVE) HOW AN ORGANIZATION CAN PROSPER?

This recent spirit of BSNL of acknowledging query needs warm
applause and appreciation.

Dear shri Avinash,
I think it is you ,who has to be congratulated and BSNL should be
thankful.What you have exposed may be prevalent throughout India.
I strongly feel that there is corruption between the erection of
newtowers which will gi ve coverage to new areas and private players
stopping by corruption to BSNL officials especially in broadband.
Also i think you have taken a big mafia and you must also involve
the police by sending a copy so that you are protected.

You have done enough research regarding the particular issue, i am sure it will be great help in curbing corruption.. Please mail the complete details to some news channels and news papers so that they can work on it..
