I am krishnakumar residing in velachery. I purchased samsung e 2130 mobile phone (under warranty)on 08/03/2010 in nearby wavetel showroom(alandur). Then by 08/05/2010 my mobile was dead with out functioning. I rushed to the wavetel showroom but they directed me to go to service centre(tambaram). They cleared the problem and returned my mobile back on 10/05/2010. After returning home once again i got the same problem. By 11/05/2010 i submitted to service centre (tambaram) and got mobile back on 03/06/2010. I used it half a day.... Again i got up with same problem.... I got tensed n vexed.... I went to wavetel showroom and requested them to replace it.... But they said to give to another service centre(velachery) once again.... I submitted to that show room on 05/06/2010 and got back on 11/06/2010. It worked for 1 day. On 13/06/2010 again same problem arises.... I dont know what to do? Because of this problem i took many days leave in my office..... Lots of travelling expenses... I faced lot of stress, tension.... I lost all my friends contact, business calls etc... Due to lack of mobile phone i lost many clients... Still they dint recover my problem nor replacing it.... Please help.... I have all the documents regarding this..... Please help for me.......
