I am not happy with the support which is provided by authorized Samsung Service network in Hyderabd.
I have purchased Samsung GT-B5310 from on 24th April 2010 from Bigbazaar, Ameerpet Hyderabad.

After 15-20 days of purchase i have faced some problems in my mobile phone, it starts hanging & touch screen will stops working. One morning my mobile phone will completely hangs & stops working.
On 22nd May 2010 i submit my mobile phone in authorized service centre Mobi Serve Shop no G9, Ground Floor, 6-3-801 to 803 Elephant House Ameerpet X road hyderabad A.P.
While taking my mobile they have opened my mobile & told me that there is some software error, they submit my mobile & request me to call with in 5 days. When i call them after 5 days they told me that there is motherboard error & request me to call after 3 days. After 3 days i again called them & they told me that now there is problem in LCD & Motherboard & request me to call after some days.
Today i again called them for status & now again they told me that there is problem in LCD cable & motherboard. I am unable to understand that where is the problem exist & unable to get proper resonse from service centre. There is almost more than 15 days & they are teling me to wait for another 7 days.
I only use my mobile phone for 20 days & the problem starts in my mobile phone, i am not happy from the product & service provided by service centre.
Please do some needful for me
