    Default Complaint against TATA INDICOM POST PAID CONNECTION

    I have got Tata indicom connection account no 903465938,
    I wanted to stop my post paid services and requested the customer care to do so,
    they asked me to pay additional rent to stop the connection, after doing that also they didnot stop the connection.

    After 3 months i got the notice from the court regarding the pending amount.

    Inspite of requesting serveral times these curtomer care do not stop the connection and ask for rent every month.

    Chatena singh
    Complaint against TATA INDICOM WALKY CONNECTION

    I have got Tata indicom connection account no 01466681049,
    in my Instrument the voice quality is not good and intrupted
    i also complain in customer cair center but no responce.

    Inspite of requesting serveral times these curtomer care do not change the instrument.

    I haven't recieve my bill on my email for this month.
    so many times i was complained to the customer care but there is still not response by them.

    Post not refunding security deposit

    i had migrate my sim from post paid to prepaid in may 10 since than my security is not refund to me. i visited to customer care but they denied to longed my complaint . what i do i dont know

    My mother is using Tata indicom cdma prepaid connection (9268169165 / Delhi/NCR) from last 4-5 years. On 21st Nov one person from Tataindicom visited our home on our request and my mother has applied for changing her number into a postpaid connection by giving Rs 600/- as security amount. As told and promised by that person our selected plan was having a monthly rental of Rs 149/- (Tariff: Unlimited Tata 2 Tata Local, 200 mins on other networks and all other calls @ 50p/min) and our connection was expected to start working as postpaid from 1st Dec. But till date, the connection is working as prepaid only. Many times we have talked to that person and on your customer care too, but after so many promises found no result.
    Yesterday My mother recieved a letter from Tata Indicom that your connection has been converted. But when we read that letter, we found that instead of my mothet mobile number (9268169165) the number given on the letter is 9212342558 which I don't know belong to whom. So ultimately in the future the bill of that person will come at our home. Every data given on that letter was wrong including personal details, Spelling mistakes, plan chosen. Now I am providing you my mother's correct details please do the needfull changes and start the connection with correct plan chosen asap.

    dear sir,
    this is harikrishna from hyderabad.i have taken one tata docomo post paid connection(7207768999) last 10 days back . still now i am not getting the connection .and i have paid 900Rs/- amount for vip number.this is very bad on your part. how irresponsible ur people i don't no.i don't no exactly whats the problem let me know plzz. this is my mail id: aryanhari@yahoo.com . my mobile number 9440079794.

    Thumbs down Post Paid Connection is not Started

    Dear Team,

    On 20/April/2012 TATA Indicom executive called me on my TATA Indicom prepaid number to get the new plan for few lucky selected customer and he told me that I am one of them to get this plan. He explored me plan of 199 for free calling into TATA indicom circle and 2 extra any telecom number may be free by adding extra top up of 25. I agreed to purchage the plan for new connection. He taken my ID proof and PAN card photo copy, 500 RS cash to deposite and given me a SIM of TATA Indicom and a reciept for the acknowledge.

    I have called the person who taken the docs and payment but he always repled this in under process.

    His name is Dipashu Mobile : 9555119547
