I'm Bikash De from Bathinda email bikashde75@gmail.com. Using reliance GSM mob no 9023767901. I received a msg on 23 may 10 stating that CRBT subscription renewed and amount charged and deducted rs 30. I never requested/requisitioned/indented for this service. Reliance fradulantly assigned this service to me and charged the amount illigaly. My phone is now in roaming. I requested customer care for clarification. They were unable to do so and suggested me to contact 02230333333 but this service is blocked for me. Unsubscription msg sending failed for 23 times i have tried. It is requested that unauth deduction on acct of unwanted service may plz be stopped and credit the amount to my acct. Reliance comn should stop cheating with me.
