i order touch P-phone from naaptol.com my order no. is 218813 on 8march 2010
and naaptol.com sent me wrong product which was i9++i phone which was wrong product delivered on 17march 2010 by[aramex courier services]
naaptol.com took Rs4200 from me.(cash on delivery)
I was told by Mr. Murgan from naaptol (team leader)that i have to send wrong product back to naaptol.com with complaint letter on this address [ telifit center, 50khatri compound elphinstone bridge mumbai 400013 ]
i got complaint no.57277 from them and i returned the wrong product by ashwamedh courer services[blue dart express ltd] from 19march2010 i am waiting for replacement of wrong product i tried very hard to contact them but responce from them was very poor after 2 months on 15may2010 they delivered wrong product second time. i am frustrated because of this.i am mentally haressed by them now naaptol.com is saying that i should send the wrong mobile phone back to naaptol.com which is delivered to me by them, and they will return my money[Rs 4200]but i dont trust them now .this is clearly a fraud case pleeeeees help me sir
