I had given Samsung SCH-F679 mobile phone for service in Authorised Samsung
Service centre (Digital waves No.6, 2nd main road ,CIT colony, Mylapor
Chennai Tel: +91-44-42074151,42074227 ) on 01/11/2008 . At that time it was
under warranty, after 5 days they sent the mobile to head office in
Bangalore which
will take 5 days, but after 5days they told it will take another 3 days .
After 1 month they told it will not be repaired due to the water locked-in
and showed
me the faint water marked label. I am very much surprised that how it is
possible. Not under any circumstances the mobile came in contact with water.
If water marked label is there then they should have told me at the moment
itself.
In job card they had only mentioned that the Side volume key is
not working and head phone jack not detecting ( scratches on aesthetics
/Body) . Please help me what shall I do?
