    Hi,
    This is in ref to the E-phone I ordered in the month of Nov, My order no-109109 which was delivered to me on 07-12-2009 almost one month later from the date I ordered.
    After few weeks it stopped working, so I send it back to your mentioned address (which was provided by representative of customer care) at Atlas Enterprises, 50 khatri Complex through blue Dart courier on 2 Jan 2010 POD NO was 12703945914.
    When I had dispatched it, they had assured me that it will be delivered back to you in 10 working days but still I had not received it
    Evertime I call at ur customer care no they always give me assurance that it will be delivery to you in 2-3 days and now it is more than 2 month still no sign, even on (27 Feb 2010) they had given me wrong information that you phone has been dispatched to me and they also given me POD for the same
    B11903619, but when I contact at first flight courier they are saying that this POD is for Dehradun
    I am fed up with Naaptol guys and with their services, also nobody had revert back or reply me back the mails which I had send ,even nobody had call back to me to tell when my phone will be dispatched, if thts how u deal with ur customer I will suggest to everyone/friends that nobody buy anything from Naaptol.
    whenever I contacted at ur customer care they had given me the same POD no (B11903619) so many times I had to told them this POD is for Dehradun as I myself had contacted to first flight and they had confirmed the same,finally one fine day they accepted tht there some code mistake in courier thts why the courier was not delivered at my end but after accepting this also it's now more than a month and still the status is same
    so many times i had told them i will go to cosumer court even tht doesn't bother them,so i request u to post/spread the messeg all across the blogs and chatting sites,mails and even in media that Naaptol is a fraud company.

    till date i haven't received any calls from them,when monday(19-04-2010 i call they said ur complain had been registered and you will get the reply soon but still no sign of when i will get my phone back...pls help me.
    Pls help me if they cant provide the phone then kindly tell them to reimburse back my money.

    Hope and wish registering comaplain against them in cosumer court will help me to get my phone or money back
