Sir i'm a customer of reliance smart gsm mobile service.since 28th of march'10 we have no network in our area.
I tried to call customer care but there is always route busy.i have not the idea how to inform the customer care about the problem. the problem is raise frequently in our area. when they solve the problem about network after 15 days the same problem is raise again. and another problem is in everyday evening we cant get any incoming call. if we gate a call but the voice quality is poor.sir plz do something.
