    Default complaint against spice service centre

    Dear Sir/Madam

    This complaint is regarding the poor service facities provied by the "certified" spice service centres. I have been to this so called certified spice service centre in lajpat nagar (hot sport service centre) for repair of 1 of my phones. The staff out there do not attend the customer properly.Most of them knew nothing about phones and used inappropriate language while dealing with the customer. the problem of my phone is that charging problem, ear lead pluging problem and also speaker problem. my work order no is sdl234210300098 dated 04.03.10. in that time they say to my you collect your phone after 10 days . after 15 day when i reached and ask to my phone they say the you phone is not come so you come after more 10 day is need. after that i went again 27.03.2010. that time he gave my phone but the problem is remains same what they do i don't know. i asked her why my phone problem is remains same charging problem, ear phone problem and also speaker problem. so what are you do in 23 days tell me. they repled me that we are not do anything we sent your phone to company they what do we are don't known. they ask me you again give your phone and we again sent your phone to company. so tell me what i do. i am right to case of company and serivce centre.

    then i gave the mobile to spice service centre but they said that k ur phone have a vry big prbm so service centre gave me phone after 25th may... so plz help me...

    Dear Sir,
    Being Frustrated and Harassed I'm writing you this letter.
    Once I complain for my handsfree of M5252 handset
    to Spice service centre of Kolkata (Address - 6,Chowringhee Lane, Kolkata , Westbengal , India, Pin.- 700016)
    and my Job number is - 29201 on 04/05/10. But whenever I try to contact with them to know wheather
    the job is complete or not, each and every time they reply me that I can Call them Next Week. Just 7
    weeks past till the reply is same !! Strange whats the hell is going on with me. Why I have to face such a
    harassment from Service Centre.
    I was a Spice lover before I got the harassment from Spice service centre.
    Now tell me what can I do ?

    Default Service Center Experince with Spice C-810

    Dear All,
    I just want to share one unique experience with Spice mobile. I purchased SPICE C-810 model from Hot Spot, Bangalore(Dr. Raj Kumar Road). From the very new condition of the mobile, FM doesn't work properly. So they told me to visit a service centre ( Located Near to ICICI Bank, Dr. Raj Kumar Road ,Bangalore) to repair it. I've given it for 10 days. They repaired it but they created a new problem for me.
    My mobile's network never goes down even I am in no network area.I thought reliance is giving me good network coverage. Then one day I removed my SIM card and switched on the mobile. Now I find that without SIM, my mobile having full network coverage.
    I am fade up with the Spice Mobile and given it under the wheel of a Truck.
    So my suggestion is, please don't buy cheap mobiles from non reputed companies like Spice, Fly Etc. Always go for specialist companies like Sony, Nokia, Samsung, etc..it costs little bit higher it'll never give you unnecessary troubles because their products are tested in different ways.

    I am having spice qt 55.i was bought from hotspot in patna at 11.05.2010.but after 3 months i faced many problems in it.when i insert 2 gb memory card on both slot.it has certainly hanged.what should i do?

I have been to this so called certified spice service centre in Bokaro Steel City (hot sport service centre) for replace of 1 of my head phone. The staff out there do not attend the customer properly.Most of them knew nothing about phones and used inappropriate language while dealing with the customer. the problem of my head phone is that not supporting in my phone.And my head phone is in warrenty period. my IMEI NO. is 910559807720788 purchasing date 09.06.2011. One time they replace my head phone. but now they are not replacing. so tell me what i do. i am right to case of company and serivce centre.

    Dear Sir,
    I had purchased a spice mobile model QT60 through Homeshop 18 wide. Invoice no.- BAR/102011/98471 order no.-906947927 dated 22/10/2011 for Rs. 1999-, order one year warranty scheme. IMEI no.-910060505206345.
    Since its use the above cell phone start giving such problem:
    1. the battery back up was very poor.
    2. there was some sort of display problem in the set.
    3. the socket of the charger was broken.

    To rectify these problems, I approached the spice authorised local service centre situated at Gwalior on 5/11/2011 and again on 9/11/2011, but the authorised posted at your service centre. At last they sent the handset to your zonal service centre at bhopal.

    It in regretted that there is no positive response from your end regarding the rectification of the complaints.

    It is request you to please look into the matter and arrange the service to my handset throughly and return me back at the earliest.

    My name is santosh mishra.my spice set model is spice c5060.This mobile has faulty after few days.i look mobile in spice service centre rewa but my mobile not repair from 10-11-2011 to till date.Please give me suggetion.

Invoice no.- BAR/122011/93265 order no.-908671177 dated 31/12/2011 for Rs. 2499-, order one year warranty scheme. IMEI no.-911102550406112,IMEI 2 no:-911102550906129. The staff out there do not attend the customer properly.Most of them knew nothing about phones and used inappropriate language while dealing with the customer. the problem of my phone is that touch pad,side menu not open and also application not start. my work order no is sdl 13100556c10102 dated 16.01.2012. in that time they say to my you collect your phone after 10 days . after 15 day.when i reached and ask to my phone they say the you phone is not come so you come after more 5 day is need. after that i went again that time he gave my phone but the problem is remains same what they do i don't know. i asked her why my phone problem is remains same touch pad,side menu not open and also application not start. so what are you do in 20 days tell me. they repled me that we are not do anything we sent your phone to company they what do we are don't known. they ask me you again give your phone and we again sent your phone to company. so tell me what i do. i am right to case of company and serivce centre.
