my self gauttam shah my prepaid number is 9974722122. i recharge 58 rs for ur new schheme of 1 paise per second on last six month before. u already charge me per second call rate since that. but last 25 days u r charging me per minit call charge. i complaine this three time. and ur executive also agree with me and told me we will reverse ur all amount and change ur scheeme but they r not doing that. last when i call them they are giving me 10303129693 complAINE NUMBER.and told me we reverse ur deffernce amount and change ur scheeme but still they r not doing that. now i try to reach the customer care i m unable to reach them. tried many to reach the customer care executive but i dont know what they r doing my network. i already complaine by net also this is second time. so plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz help me. i hope u will be solve my propblame. i will waiting for ur positive response.
