Hi,

I have given my Sony Ericsson mobile for servicing at Service point, jayanagar 4th block, Bangalore as I was having a problem with my Navigation key. When I got my mobile back, the side panel where the volume keys are was bent and the keypad was fixed in the mobile which was not mine.

When I asked about this there, the staff were telling that the side panel was like that only when they took that which was completely false and regarding the keypad also, it was the same reply.

Please log a complaint regarding this.
