This mail is regarding my Mobile [Samsung GURU-519 Muzik (CDMA)] which is in Samsung service center right now since 06-March-2010 10:40AM.
Date of purchase of Mobile: 30-10-2009
This is the second time when my mobile is in Samsung service center with in a short time because of the following problems:
1.
Phone is not charging the battery properly.
2.
Voice disconnection problem. (i.e. when i am on call each time voice is disconnected frequently.)
3.
Call Log is not coming properly. (i.e. Received Calls, Dialed calls, Missed Calls)
4.
Media Player is not working properly.(Hanging again and again)
Now the service center people are asking me to change the mother board of my mobile, and mother board is not available in stock so they are asking me to wait for a minimum of 7 days, not telling me the exact time to wait.
I am having these problems since i bought the mobile. but due to lack of time i was unable to go to service center and check it out. And i am unable to wait for so long time as the service center people are asking for, as my job is already very much badly effected with this mobile.
One more thing to say, i don't know how you recruit your service center employees, they even don't understand the Customer's complaints. I am telling him that my phone is not charging the battery properly and he is writing that Battery Backup problem, even i am explaining him but he don't want to understand me.
So its my earnest plea that kindly replace my handset with the new one or refund my amount ASAP.
