I baught micromax GC255 dual sim mobile, in June 2009, soon after purchasing the mobile, i had a problem of voice dropping with CDMA service for every one minute(i.e) as soon as the minute minder ticks, the voice drops upto 80% and i have to increase the volume manually, and i also had the defect with head set.

I have raised the complaint with RT outsourcing, the authorised service provider for micromax in bangalaro vide customer complaint number 061609-28, on 16 June 2009
under the name H.Ram Prasad. I have also handed over the defective handset.

I was given the assurance that the problem will the intimated to micromax New Delhi, and they give me the solution in a week by giving the patch up for the software bug, and replace the defective hand set. It has almost 10 months since i have raised the complaint and handed over of the defective hand free.

Till now there has been no update either from RT outsourcing or the Micromax

The mobile is still under 1 year gurantee

1. I have the orginal invoice of purchase of the mobile
2. I have the orginal complaint registration sheet

Please advice me further....
