My airtel mobile no. 9003026577. I tried to close my connection, but the airtel customer care freaks are really worst in customer care. I called more than 10 times for closing the connection. Every time they are saying new things that are not related to closing connection.
I am using this number for more than a year. Due to poor Billing, i mean improper billing i decided to close my connection. I spoke to the one of the customer care supervisor named Ganesh regarding imporper billing. But his response was not proper. That is the reason i wanted to close my connection. But i m waiting for a two weeks to close my connection.
Can any one suggest me how to handle this issue. How to escalate the issuse to higher level.?
