I had bought Samsung mobile M8800 on date 30/08/09, since purchase it start giving problem. when it start giving several problems like Slow processing, touch pad is not proper working, I gave mobile to cell net service center new Delhi 14/02/2010 and they did not proper response ,first they gave me 2 days for ratified the problems but after 2 or 3 days they gave 20 and 25 days time . I have only this mobile and suffer a lot of problems without mobile. I told to Samsung support (Mr. Ankur Arora) compliant no. 8413662966 but not getting reply and the Samsung guy is also not responding now. Your service is very poor and taking lot of time so for this 20 & 25 days service duration kindly provide me new mobile or ratifies the problem within 2 days.
Pls suggest what to do, shall I go for legal action. What is the procedure to do this?
Pls guide me what should I do and help me
